Rate-card administration for a travel wholesaler

The problem

A travel wholesaler managed hotel rate cards in spreadsheets: one master file, many agent copies, seasonal updates by hand, currencies drifting out of date. Every send to an agent was a chance for a stale rate to reach a customer.

The approach

A single admin platform holding the whole catalogue — hotels, cities, currencies, and rate cards with seasonal validity — so a rate exists in exactly one place. Agents get generated PDF rate sheets on demand: always the current numbers, always the house format.

The outcome

Rate updates happen once and propagate everywhere. The spreadsheet-copy problem is gone; a rate sheet is a one-click export instead of an afternoon of formatting.
