The problem

A community non-profit ran on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and personal inboxes. Volunteers rotate, so institutional memory kept walking out the door: who the members are, where the constitution PDF lives, what's happening next month.

The approach

A focused operations app: a member register, a contact directory, a document library, and an organisation calendar. Deliberately small — the four things the organisation actually loses, done well, instead of a bloated 'NPO suite' nobody opens.

The outcome

In daily use by the organisation's teams. New volunteers find members, documents, and the calendar on day one instead of asking around for the right WhatsApp group.
