MyRafeeq — a Quran companion that works offline

The problem

Memorisation and review routines live across paper mushafs, notebooks, and apps that demand accounts, connectivity, and attention. The people who need a companion most — commuters, students, anyone reviewing in a masjid basement — are exactly the people without a reliable connection.

The approach

A progressive web app built offline-first: after the first load, everything works with no signal at all. The journey is structured as 33 guided paths broken into 258 stops, so progress is always one small, concrete step. No login, no tracking, installable straight from the browser on iOS and Android.

The outcome

Live at myrafeeq.app. Loads once, then works on a plane, in a basement, or with data turned off — the full 33-path structure available on the home screen of any phone.
